Service and accounts
Redline Command is operated by Interlight Studio. Contact info@interlightstudio.com for account, privacy or purchase questions. Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and do not share or sell accounts. You must meet the age and consent requirements applicable where you live; a parent or guardian must authorize use and purchases where required.
Gameplay and digital goods
Rounds have independent rules, timers and resources. Review a round’s published rules before joining. Forfeiting does not reset your progress or allow rejoining. Cosmetics and account services are licenses to use features in the game, not property, cash or an investment. Round support is limited to PvE and the named round; identical earned and paid stock limits apply. No purchase guarantees victory or protection from enforcement.
Payments and refunds
Prices are displayed in USD before checkout. PayPal handles payment credentials. Delivery occurs after server verification; pending payments do not award items. All sales are final. Purchases of digital goods, game items, cosmetics, and account services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. This does not remove statutory cancellation, refund, authorized dispute or chargeback rights. Contact support with the receipt ID if delivery fails.
Fair play and enforcement
The Fair Play rules form part of these terms. Authorized staff may investigate, warn, restrict, suspend, ban or remove accounts from competitions. Decisions may be final with no general appeal process, subject to applicable law and required consumer or payment rights. Reports and lawful rights requests remain available to restricted accounts.
Availability, changes and rights
We may maintain, update or discontinue features and rounds. We will communicate material policy or purchase changes and obtain renewed consent where required. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence. No real-world prizes, paid-entry competitions or cash withdrawals are offered by this local build.
