Refund Policy

Digital purchases
All sales are final. Purchases of digital goods, game items, cosmetics, and account services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. These exceptions include any applicable mandatory consumer remedies and authorized payment-provider processes.
Before payment
Checkout identifies the item, price, account or round scope, PvE restrictions and applicable limits. You must affirmatively accept the current Terms and Refund Policy. The server records the accepted version and time. Sandbox checkout is test money only.
Missing delivery or payment concerns
Contact info@interlightstudio.com with your order ID, item and issue. Never send passwords, card details or verification codes. We will check provider status and fulfillment records. Pending or denied payments do not deliver items. Refunds, reversals and disputes may revoke unused purchased goods; already-used support is reviewed without fabricating negative game balances.
Your rights
This policy does not prevent lawful cancellation, statutory refunds, authorized disputes or chargebacks. Enforcement decisions do not remove mandatory consumer or payment rights. PayPal’s applicable rules and your local mandatory law continue to apply.
