Fair Play and Community Rules

Play fairly
Cheating, hacking, botting, unfair automation, unauthorized scripts, manipulated API requests or game state, exploit use and duplicated resources are prohibited. Report bugs privately; do not reproduce an exploit to gain an advantage.
Accounts and competitions
Multi-account abuse, collusion to manipulate rankings or rewards, match fixing, leaderboard manipulation, fraud and persistent disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited. Do not intentionally abuse other players or bypass restrictions.
Community and payments
Harassment, threats, hate speech, abusive conduct, payment fraud, refund abuse and chargeback fraud are prohibited. Legitimate refund requests, provider disputes and statutory rights are not fraud merely because they are exercised.
Investigations and decisions
Staff review reports, relevant gameplay/economic records and suspicious activity. Automated signals request human review and do not automatically ban an account. Authorized staff may warn, restrict rounds, temporarily suspend, permanently ban or remove competition eligibility. Each action records its actor, reason, scope and time in a protected audit trail. Decisions may be final with no general appeal process, subject to law and required consumer/payment rights. Purchases confer no exemption. Use Account → Report an issue to submit evidence.
