Operator and contact
Interlight Studio operates Redline Command. Contact info@interlightstudio.com for privacy requests and questions.
Information processed
We store account email and commander name, a salted password hash, authentication/session records, encrypted MFA setup data, gameplay and round records, messages, reports, moderation notes, policy acceptance and purchase/fulfillment identifiers. Rate limiting and security use keyed hashes of network addresses; infrastructure access logs may also contain network addresses. We do not store your PayPal password or card details.
Purposes and recipients
We use data to operate the game, authenticate players, prevent abuse, enforce fair play, fulfill purchases, support customers and meet legal duties. Depending on applicable law, these purposes rely on performance of the service, legitimate interests, consent where needed, and legal obligations. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy terms. Authorized hosting/database providers and staff process only information needed for their duties. Commander names, selected cosmetics, crew membership and round rankings are visible to other players; email and internal enforcement notes are not public.
Cookies, retention and transfers
An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in. This build has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. We retain active account and game data while needed for the service; security, moderation and transaction records may be retained longer for fraud prevention, disputes and legal requirements. Restricted access and backups may retain prior records during their recovery cycle. Hosting or payment providers may process data in other countries with applicable safeguards; production hosting details will be published before launch.
Choices and rights
You can change account settings and sign out. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or to ask about retention. We may verify account ownership and retain records legally required or needed for ongoing disputes. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process is arranged.
